Two men charged for failing to self-isolate - HalifaxToday.ca

Halifax police have charged two men for not self-isolating after returning from outside of Nova Scotia.

HRP said officers were called to Chain Lake Dr. in Halifax on Tuesday night and found two men who had not completed quarantine.

The two men, aged 23 and 25, each recieved a $2,000 ticket for failing to self-isolate, violating the Health Protection Act.

Police are asking people to educate themselves on Public Health measures, and to follow the orders in place.
